Our Volunteer Leadership

Our mission is to support educational programs, scholarship programs, and research projects that will educate, enhance, and expand the commercial real estate industry. By increasing knowledge and supporting the next generation of professionals, we are working to attract a more diverse and sustainable workforce for the future. This work could not be done without the vision and leadership of Foundation volunteers.

This committee performs the executive management of the Foundation and formulates policies and action proposals to the Board of Trustees.

This committee plans and develops all Foundation fundraising activities. The committee is responsible for raising both operating and capital fund revenues for the Foundation. It plans and conducts all activities related to the annual Phonathon, and generates ideas for fundraising events.

This committee is responsible for proposing grants to the Board of Trustees for not-for-profit entities that perform work consistent with the goals and objectives of the Foundation. The committee also recommends the granting of scholarships to worthy individuals within courses of study consistent with the Foundation's goals and objectives.

This committee oversees the Foundation's Bylaws and amendments, and performs nominating functions for the selection of new Trustees and Officers of the Foundation.
