The SIOR Foundation Announces the SIOR Foundation Endowment Program

The SIOR Foundation Endowment Program establishes a matching grant that, when partnered with university foundations and generous SIORs, will create sizeable scholarship endowments at some of the best real estate schools in North America. Our first two (2) endowments have already been established.

The SIOR-SparrowHawk Foundation Excellence Award, established in partnership with Alfredo Gutierrez, an Affiliate member of SIOR, will provide a $4,000 annual scholarship to a female student pursuing a degree in the Master of Real Estate program at the Mays Business School of Texas A&M.

The SIOR Foundation – Mildred C. Hanson Endowed Scholarship Fund, created through the partnership of Peter O. Hanson, SIOR, and the SIOR Foundation Mildred C. Hanson, SIOR, Memorial Fund, will provide an annual scholarship of more than $4,000 to undergraduate and graduate students studying commercial real estate at Montclair State University who are underrepresented in the commercial real estate program.
