SIOR Foundation Announces 2025–2026 Committee Leadership

Washington, D.C. — December 9, 2025 — The SIOR Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to advancing education, research, and community engagement within the commercial real estate (CRE) industry, proudly announces its committee leadership and executive team for the 2025–2026 term.

These leaders, all respected members of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR), will help steer the Foundation’s mission to Educate, Enhance, and Expand the CRE community through scholarships, grants, and professional development initiatives.

2025–2026 Committee Leadership

  • Advisory Committee Chair: Peter Hanson, SIOR
  • Fundraising Committee Chair: Adrian Arriaga, SIOR
  • Grants & Scholarships Committee Chair: Tom Kennedy, SIOR (newly appointed, succeeding Mark Duclos, SIOR)
  • Public Relations Committee Chair: Dan Palmeri, SIOR
  • University Engagement Committee Chair: Michelle Hidson, SIOR

These committee chairs play a vital role in the Foundation’s strategic planning and community engagement efforts, working to extend its reach and impact across the industry.
