SIOR Foundation Welcomes Newest Leadership Team for 2024

The SIOR Foundation, dedicated to advancing education and research in the commercial real estate industry, proudly announces the newest members of its leadership team for the 2024 term. These accomplished individuals will support the foundation’s mission to foster a globally educated real estate industry through scholarships, grants, and programs benefiting industry professionals and communities alike.
Newly Appointed SIOR Foundation Officers and Trustees:
President: Ted Konigsberg, SIOR, of Infinity Commercial, representing the SIOR Florida Chapter. Ted brings years of experience and leadership to his role as President, overseeing the foundation’s initiatives and fostering growth across chapters.
President-Elect: Kraig Heeter, SIOR, of Kidder Mathews, representing the SIOR Washington Chapter. Kraig will serve as President-Elect, bringing a strategic focus to drive forward the foundation’s mission.
Treasurer: Stan Kleweno of Transpacific Investments, LLC, representing the SIOR Oregon Chapter. Stan’s financial expertise will be crucial as he oversees the foundation’s fiscal health, ensuring resources are available for scholarships, research, and educational outreach.
Trustees:
- Jim Bijou, SIOR, Colliers International, representing the SIOR Canada West Chapter
- Blake Garrett, SIOR, The Reef Company, representing the SIOR Inland Empire/Orange County Chapter
- Alfredo Gutierrez, SparrowHawk, LLC, representing the SIOR Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter
- Tom Kennedy, SIOR, NAI Heartland, representing the SIOR Western Missouri/Kansas City Chapter
These leaders bring a wealth of industry experience and a shared commitment to the foundation’s goal of strengthening the commercial real estate industry through education and research.
