The SIOR Foundation is pleased to announce the recipients of the prestigious 2024 Mildred C. Hanson, SIOR Memorial Scholarships, awarded annually to outstanding students pursuing careers in commercial real estate.

This year, the selection committee faced the challenging task of choosing winners from among 25 exceptional applicants, each demonstrating significant promise and commitment to the real estate profession.

The graduate-level scholarship recipient is Natalie Bongirno, who is pursuing her Master’s in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. Natalie has distinguished herself through academic excellence, passion for the field, and clear vision for her future in real estate.

The undergraduate scholarship has been awarded to Katelynn Wiseman, currently a junior working toward her Bachelor of Science in Real Estate at New York University’s School of Professional Studies, Schack Institute of Real Estate. Katelynn’s commitment to her studies and proactive involvement in real estate initiatives showcase her potential as a future leader in the industry.

Each student has been awarded an $8,000 scholarship to support their continuing education in real estate. The SIOR Foundation is proud to invest in the next generation of commercial real estate leaders and congratulates Natalie and Katelynn on their outstanding achievements.
